Quebec Farms

Join this farming family on their 50 acre market garden located about an hour from Montreal. This farm has a 200 member CSA, one of the first in Quebec. You will have a chance to try all aspects of running a CSA farm—A to Z—including helping with the drop-off in Montreal and putting out a weekly electronic newsletter. As well, each season the farm manages to be involved in one building project or another. This season they will put the finishing touches on the straw bale cabin , construct a solar shower, and time permitting, will build a composting toilet Apprentices live in a rustic straw bale cabin in the woods.
